About the Role
Greater Regional Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. Join a team committed to providing exceptional care to patients across southwest Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed Med/Surg unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Document patient care using our electronic health record system
- Mentor new nursing staff as experience allows
Requirements
- Active Iowa RN license (or eligibility for endorsement)
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- 1+ year acute care experience preferred — new graduates considered
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
