About the Role

Creston Community School District is seeking compassionate, patient individuals to serve as Paraprofessionals/Teacher's Aides. These positions support classroom instruction and provide direct assistance to students who need additional support.

Responsibilities

Support lead teachers with classroom instruction and activities
Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students
Help students with daily tasks, assignments, and behavioral goals
Assist with record keeping and communication with teachers
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Associate's degree or 60 college credit hours preferred (may be required for some positions)
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love of working with children
Ability to pass background check
Experience with children in educational or childcare settings preferred

Pay & Benefits
