About the Role

Union County Mechanical is a locally owned HVAC contractor serving Creston and surrounding communities. We're looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. Company truck, tools, and phone provided.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues
Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
Communicate professionally with customers and document service calls
Maintain company vehicle and equipment in excellent condition

Requirements

2+ years HVAC experience preferred
EPA 608 certification preferred — will support obtaining if not currently certified
Valid Iowa driver's license with clean driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $22–$32/hr depending on experience and certifications
Company truck provided (take-home)
